Textmunication Holdings, Inc. (TXHD), a leader in cloud-based mobile SMS marketing communication, is now offering standalone Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to clients in any vertical. The new API model will allow businesses to develop their own SMS solution through a simple link to Textmunication’s library of newly developed APIs. The API documentation is simple, seamless and scalable to any vertical in North America.
Textmunication CEO, Wais Asefi, commented, “Based on the successful development and migration of clients from our legacy system to our Smart Automated Messaging platform, we’ve been able to start developing our new API business model for businesses of all sizes. We feel we now have the most robust offering in the mobile marketing sector with APIs, integrated SMS solutions and soon-to-be RCS capabilities.”
Textmunication has built a “Communications Platform as a Service” (CPaaS) backbone enabling developers to add real-time communication features in their own applications without needing to build backend infrastructure and interfaces. By opening the API library to third-party vendors, a new revenue stream has been established in addition to the current integrated SMS solution. The new SMS APIs are available now and the APIs for Artificial Intelligence and RCS will be available in Q1 2019 allowing third-party vendors to create their own customized mobile marketing solutions.
