Nice try - but fail - the option to purchase combines with the Type J to effect the numeric change in the balance of shares associated with the option. If the option had been exercised, column 9 would be non-zero, reflecting the exercise of the options.

You would also have seen additional SEC filings, reflecting the insider trades.
