i've stated many times that as long as NNLX is otc 'no info' classification i have purposefully avoided any private contact w the company to avoid accusations of insider knowledge or insider trading.

Because of my ability to flesh out things i'm usually the lead dd long on any board i post on and thus have received countless threats from bashers-

and unprecedented personal attacks on this board (which would violate tou on ALL stock boards-even the main basher board removed many posts from a person bashing me bc the basher board was concerned about liability for those personal defamatory attacks against me )

here from a cult of bashers controlled imo by or in some cases actually being different aliases for the queen bee whose relative has a doctorate in computer programming!!
and thus the queen bee is able to bypass this sites software designed to prevent those who have banned from joining w another alias-and thus many times when ppl are banned, they just create new aliases!!!!!. and hide in the background re attacks as cult leaders usually do-just like bullies who hide behind others

on this board the attacks against me have been personal in nature and we just went through another unbelievable bout of them. On no other boards are mods personally attacked like this -such attacks are immediate deletions on the main basher site as are any posts which even infer deletions!!!

this time all bc i mentioned the queen bee as imo the primary instigator behind these things(as just one of many items)-the unprecedented for this site posting of new aliases after aliases have been banned -and remembering how the queen bee even got longs to attack me years ago without cause after she flipped -

something confirmed in my mind by the unbelievable backlash by her cult of bashers -
and occams razor-the simplest most obvious situation is usually correct-
and having just remembered that her close relative-the person whose house she was living in when she flipped and blamed me for bashers and nonstop pm'd me to do something re bashers- has a doctorate in computer programming!!!!!!!!!--

which explains how on this board -and this board alone- a series of bashers have arisen from the dead after being banned with new aliases which is why there is never peace on this board

these bashers have no fear of being banned as they-and some of the aliases are probably owned by the queen bee herself -purposefully blatantly violate terms of use-begging to have their posts banned -testing my mettle -purposefully harassing me in an attempt to get rid of me so the queen bee can mod
via surrogate-a surrogate who -being totally controlled by her-previously offered to mod - no other long offered to mod -i twas hard to get anybody to even be asst mod

So, no, i wast born yesterday -as the only one in the cult i grew u in by birth who wouldnt lie cheat steal kill destroy and worship satan w the cult leader she and her goons and army of lawyers slandered and tried to destroy and kill me every day of her miserable life-i have probably survived more assassination attempts than anybody - due to the call on my life.
Ministers and leaders have called upon me to deliver their own families from cult attacks (-and i always delivered them from those attacks-won every spiritual power encounter ) -saying nobody else was either able or willing to help them- and others have prophesied since 1989 that nobody would have survived what i've been through

so no, i'm not going to fall for a ploy by somebody who just leveled several personal attacks against me and who is unapologetic- to get me to have private contact w nnlx while the co is otc 'no info' classification just so some can file complaints against me for insider knowledge (which is not actually actionable unless u trade on it-and i've done very little trading in nnlx- and i do own stock in nnlx).

i understand the financial reason why nnlx may be otc 'no info'- bc to be otc 'current' info would cost them 5000 to 6000 in fees /yr to otc and lawyers=plus what another long reported a long time ago - 44 pages of regulations to upgrade.
But as i posted at length a long time ago 'no info' class has several major drawbacks

1) it provides 3 major reasons/encouragements for bashers and shorters -and thus makes these boards much more short and distort prone-in addition to the cult of bashers here

2) it prevents private contact w stock holders who are concerned about regulations

3) makes fundraising much more difficult in several ways
a) private financing has to be concerned re these things
b) it tilts the sell buy ratio in favor of sellers
c) it creates a very small static investment pool basically limited to existing longs and the few who actually can find this board-and even the discussion on this board has been largely controlled by bashers for long periods of time
d) since nnlx is otc 'no info' very few will even find nnlx website via otc

e) institutions and non profits -who are bound by fiduciary duty -CANNOT invest in a company without current info-as in otc current classification

f) all of these things continually depress pps- which is why i think a cost benefit analysis would be in favor of upgrading-but in a financial exigency u are trapped-

bb had loaned up to 100k to nnlx to keep it going in the past- these startups need an infusion of cash-which is why they are using the grant writing route and why they made the difficult decision to put up the petriplates for licensing, partnership or geographic patent sale in europe

g) the no info classification doesnt look good to the series of big pharma they have tried to work with and encourages big pharma to try to take advantage of nnlx- as the 'no info' class itself is a major sign of weakness


in the post to which i am linking u will note there is one bigger study of pretest and several small studies

confirmation of funding has not been provided to my knowledge

studies usually take at least several months
mach has said in the past that he stops posting bc of bashers
so mits would be the one to flesh out the study metrics

re the european petriplate arrangements i of course have no insider knowledge re those things but i have fleshed out how those things work and thus how long it may take for each separate route to be concluded-we are within the timetable for a geographic petri plate licensing or sale- partnerships are the biggest headache-can take 18-36 months- and hard to do when 1 partner- nnlx- is much smaller than the other partner-to easy for the big partner to take advantage and destroy everything, as i've seen before

imo and the opinion of many big pharma is primarily interested in money amidst intense competition w other big pharma and thus as usual have their army of lawyers draft draconian nda's to absolutely try to stun small co's like nnlx into total submission re any info

i've only been in this since since ca 2010- pushed by a friend- i protested: "but biotech takes forever" to which he replied, ''its already been forever''
so i understand the frustration of long time longs-which is why i mention the need to upgrade to current which

would do more to break this stalemate than anything!! -

until nnlx gets it on the ground by breakthrough via european petriplates or grants or some co fully being satisified w info from a series of n-assay studies

but every body should know that biotech takes longer than any field

and-even besides the things above- nnlx pps curve is not unusual ever since the swamp era began bc a politician ordered the agencies to take down these low pennies bc he was frustrated after he learned he could not destroy big business "bc all business is evil and has to be destroyed'' bc of the legal political and economic clout of big business

almost all stock promoters are unethical and many promote a stock without a companies knowledge -as happened to nnlx many years ago and after such a promotion pps usually declines forever is not being destroyed

which is another reason why nnlx should upgrade to otc current bc otcmarkets.com does not alow a co to have promotions unless its at least current info status

a long time ago a startup stock i was in had a real rare breakthrough -which caused pps to jump for many days - so otc slapped the dreaded skull and bones on the company-which prevents brokers from ...
so i called otc and they told me
pps rarely jumps without a promo and since the co was limited info class -not current info -that violated their policy so they slapped the ce without even doing the dd to see there was no promo!!!

so before nnlx has that kind of breakthrough they need to upgrade so that doesnt happen to nnlx
