I agree, to date I've yet to see any company announce they're presenting at JPM, it was probably wrong for the company to informally say they're invited, they should have waited for when JPM announces what's being presented there. At that time I'm sure they're free to issue a PR.
I hope their actions don't cause them to be dropped from the conference.
