Well, here is my thinking on this deal-a small company like UNVC could have had these filings done months ago-even if there was a small glitch, like a tax lien, a man who did 180 million in revenue with HRI last year could have easily took care of that. Then new deals started to present themselves to Dalton and Crockett and company so they had to delay the filings. Now we are dealing with a product that is not 100% legal everywhere and companies like MariMed and Merck, etc have to be careful-they have big time lawyers and shareholders to keep satisfied, so further delay. Of course there is the DEA and FDA and Dept of Agriculture and the whole govt apparatus to contend with. I think Sativeo is going to be so huge they decided to wait for the Farm Bill to give them 100% clearance before releasing anything. Better safe than sorry. Now we have cleared all hurdles IMO and we are cleared for takeoff !!!
