I believe they sold for a few reasons, I believe they want to be public while all of this growth is happening and they earn a lot of money per share, also because, as you stated, they are growing well now on their own but with us they will grow multiples. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw some employees buying shares on open market as soon as they can.
