Well that’s the irony of this whole thing that the farm bill will be signed by President Trump before filings, wowsa, of course our first thought process awhile back was that UNVC is separate from farm bill, not so sure now, many things in play with UNVC so I think farm bill is crucial. But again and just speculating... either filings have some major major material in them for delay(if there is one) or he is waiting for farm bill signage and if it is neither hmmmm
