I think mid 2019 is a bit too conservative unless

This stock has sat between approximately 1 & 2 cents even with excellent news, but it's being flipped inside of that range and it hasn't seen the sufficient buying pressure required for the Market Makers to loosen their grips. Thousands of smaller traders are also having a hand in that.
MM's and small time flippers alike want to keep the pps in a range where the daily or weekly volume levels allow for all of that flipping they're doing. They're making boat loads of profit doing that and don't intend to give it up just to let the pps sit a few cents higher and watch the volume dry up on them. That's exactly what it does when the market considers it overbought, at least until profits are taken, which usually occurs on news.
People keep talking about not understanding "who" would sell right now. They just aren't listening, because I've repeated that bit about flippers now over and over. People tend to latch on to whatever sounds best, substantiated or not.
It's different for different stocks. This one is at a point where it definitely needs that incoming revenue to get it moving because it's had a wealth of good news ahead of yet to be seen strong revenue growth, and we have to consider that dilution is the other factor damping that buying pressure right now.
The growth is coming, but like I keep saying, it's in the hands of our large partners south of the border now. As soon as they start cutting the checks, we're off to the races. Like I said, it may take several PO's to really get the pps moving, but it will get moving, and for real this time. That's definitely a long outlook. "In time for Christmas" is a prediction you shouldn't touch unless you own a working crystal ball and you know how to use it! lol
We're sitting in a very advantageous position as compared to much of our competition, and when our product starts moving through those huge distribution channels and picks up momentum, it'll become readily apparent in our financial reports and the inevitable expansion news that will follow.
