guess this is what Zany Rick meant by proclaiming 'PROGRESS' earlier this week....lol.
Indeed some remarkable progress made here. After Hanks has received that debt money now the lenders are getting their guaranteed pay back with a very nice ROI for them....so both sides are extremely happy now about this shareholder screwing deal!
