Sounds like they are closing on Sound Concepts in January, uplisting likely in Feb. It's clear the S-1/A says cash and stock so the all stock deal isn't a likely option at this point. Within the next month they are closing on a Company with 500k users and revenues going rapidly.

Keep in mind how revenue recognition works with SaaS companies so you are only seeing a part of it. A part of it. That's something no one has ever mentioned and likely only a few know.
