Might see reversal today thru friday & a week from tomorrow at the latest ... and if not reversed, a scheduled date for oral argument.

The new evidence on the supplemental authority is a precedent is the decision already rendered by the court for all similar cases. It will overturn the alice 101, its game changer. The decision basically has already been decided by the same appeals court (Nov 16) 3 or so weeks ago . Its a stake in the heart to Sec Auth / Knobbe Martin. Cant be contested.
R&Gs golden throated legal warlord Douglass H stated the time sensitiveness of this precedent that they must reverse decision!
When they read the briefs guess what they will read first. Yes the supplemental authority. The precedent. Has the case been decided? after reading the rest of the briefs they will know and decide.
Can happen anytime . Several legal sources have indicated this to be true.
So don't be caught playing games with your shares.
Now is the time to add , things will happen swiftly.
