1.The Federal Circuit yesterday upheld findings from U.S. District Court that invalidated parts of two patents related to email software, including one that was found invalid under the.Alice Test.
2. Fed. Circ. Upholds PTAB's decision for Axing Of Inventory Tech Patent
In the both the above cases , SFOR has crossed the barrier with a big win at PTAB/IPR https://jmp.sh/yWiPTv0
PTAB/USPTO not only Validated all 53 claims of '698 but it re-enforced the challenged claim by SA in CA. '698 was reviewed and validated several times.
Fed circuit will not only reverse but will upheld PTAB decision & kick SA out. My take, this could happen any day/don't even see this even going to oral.
Also - if peeps paid attn to my last post- I have DD to back that up. I was referring to DUO.
For some fun- Fill in the Blanks:
SFOR pps will be ____________ when Fed circuit reverses SA & other pending infringers DUO, Centrify, Gemalto & Vasco pony up. ( By default SFOR will be ready to take on 100+ infringers with this ... )
