I don’t think a share buy back would happen because there won’t be very many shares available. Losing shares doesn’t make a difference. What made people lose value was the manipulation that brought our sp down. If we reverse split and the value goes up on the Nasdaq then most people will be right back where they started or even positive on their investment.

If you even care, try reading this article, they explain what can happen and why companies RS. Not all reverse splits are bad. If you’re long term then a RS will get us off the OTC, it will enable institutions to invest in our comalny, it will allow mutual funds and pension plans to add us to their pool. Many good things happen when your company is moving forward. Did you read what someone posted earlier about Warren Buffet? He keeps his shares of Berkshiire high on purpose so traders can’t flip the stock as easily. What if FUSZ was worth $300/share? Would you still be upset that your 10,000 shares had turned into 250 post RS shares? I’d take that any day over having 10,000 shares @. 38.
