We also differentiate between shareholders wanting

The decision was NOT due to the opinions of many that "MLM's are bad" which was your complaint, and many of us, myself included, were skeptical to some degree due to our own experiences.
The reason was not fault in the concept. Had everything fallen into place as management was led to believe, then the contract would still be in effect, so there was no incompetence or "jumping the gun" on the part of the management team. They set the contract up so they were protected from CJC Live's failure to deliver.
They created no dilution in pursuing the deal, and had CJC Live held up their end, it would be off and rolling, but since they didn't, management wisely decided not to stay locked into anything that would suck up more of their precious time than the proposed model would have required. That was the reason for the 30 day termination clause.
Even YOU gave a half assed admission on the board of being wrong about your initial spout off when you saw the proposed details. It was halted through no fault on the part of the Rocky Mountain High Brands management team, but instead due to their sharp business sense and their collective ability to spot critical discrepancies. Again, the reason for the 30 day termination clause.
There was then and continues to be a lot of "discussion" on this board, both for and against MLM ventures in general. When that discussion doesn't come with a load of crap being slung to the West, then a load crap won't get slung back to the East. You reap what you sow. Many of us are solidly behind the current management team, and believe that questioning their decisions is fine when done in a civilized and respectful manner.
