Having lived through a couple of business management transitions like this, I can say from experience that it takes time to get all the wheels running smoothly, especially when previous management created a cluster on its way out. Keer cleaned up some of the cluster, White has followed through reliably on his word to get the rest of it cleared up, at least so far.
Frankly speaking, that is a 200% improvement over previous management's promise-keeping-follow-through-nessity. And yes, that's the scientific word for it.
