w a current pps at ca .41,in consideration of paying a premium of ca 59c for each share under the unit program 250 for 250 shares,warrants are discounted ca 40c/share
in a rational world,the planned 3d seismic survey would fortify pps but not in the manipulated world we experience due to noise and basher crafter manipulatuion/theft
