Good companies RS on the way up. Bad companies RS on the way down. Both are pretty common. Of the hundreds that uplist off of the OTC every year, you know how many RS? I do as I looked at a lot of them in detail.
The share structure on the OTC for many companies is not the same as on the other exchanges. Called penny stocks for a reason. Lot of shares and low sp. Unlike other OTC companies, nFusz doesn't have a ton of shares OS or AS. A large amount of shares are owned by Rory and insiders. Most of the float is sitting in longs hands. Most of the nervous kittens got out. Any buying pressure will send the sp upwards. Not might, but will.
