Re: reconranger #44560
Great post Recon. 94 potential infringers listed (92 actually, Msft and phonefactor already settled)

from your link:

"94 companies operating in the Multi-Factor Authentication arena worldwide including AuthenWare® Corporation, CA Technologies, CertiVox, Easy Solutions, Equifax, Gemalto NV, Intel Corporation, LastPass, Microsoft Corporation, OneLogin, PhoneFactor Inc., Science Applications International Corporation and others are profiled. "

Anyone truly interested in the court cases should get to know the list on the link you provided. Any one of them could make buyout offers in the future.

As I posted after the SHM, there is a count of potential infringers close to "triple digits".

Another thing, R&G and Blank Rome (both current infringement firms for SFOR) will not handle all the infringers. Why?

I'm glad I asked, two very important reasons.

1) The more important of the two, is "conflict of interest". As much as R&G and BR want to take on more cases and make more money, the law will not allow. These two lawfirms are known worldwide therefore represent clients worldwide and can not file claims against current clients. So where does this leave SFOR? SEE REASON #2 below!!! Don't be surprised to see 1-3 more lawfirms file lawsuits on behalf of SFOR in 2019.

2) The more lawfirms SFOR has involved, the more relevant SFOR will be to the tech world. The WOW factor.

The more relevant SFOR becomes, the greater the chances of a primo buyout.

IMO.

GLTA.
