L2 seemingly is indicating we are about to move - the big block on the Ask is to keep people from buying and scare people off - I am sure the block is not real and that any buying and the block will "melt away".
This could be the last attempt to "shake out" nervous people and to "scoop up" some cheap shares before next week.
