reindeer I've explained that too as I myself am in negotiation
with my own TAXES unfortunately that's just the way it works
it takes a LOT of TIME to NEGOTIATE a SETTLEMENT with the
State or Federal taxes. No need to pay what they r asking
when with a good attorney u can get it settled for WAY LESS
which is likely what happened here since SB said all along
this was from former management not even technically
his problem it just became that because of the shell takeover.
