Trump has a Republican controlled Senate and House. Please refer back to Tucker Carlson's comments about Trump. Trump has no excuses for not getting to his entire agenda. The "Russian Witch Hunt," as you apologists call it and "eating his time," is due to his constant shitposting and obsessing about it, instead of keeping his promises. All Trump's own doing.
