as we learned before from michael hancocks LinkedIn, utopya and loon are linked.. they could be 2 separate companies that he just happens to be advising but I choose to believe they are linked.. if you go to loons website, twitter, LinkedIn, it says their first balloons will be up in early 2019 providing internet access to remote areas of kenya.. I'm hoping this is where we will see utopya popping up but we'll see
