I'm expecting the S-1A to come any day now and not after the acquisition closes for a number of reasons.
1. Rory said it would be coming out soon in one of the videos
2. The S-1A will have the updated SC financials and guidance on future revenues that will drive the sp higher in my opinion. Maybe even a little more details on these upcoming deals.
3. Higher sp means less shares to give up.
4. There is a lead time on the S-1A to uplisting. If you look at the example I shared, the other company filed it's S-1A in March, IPO'd in April and uplisted in May. S-1A published in Dec. makes sense if you are uplisting in Feb.
