Here's the thing. It is perfectly legal for those people to make donations. To infer that they are incapable of looking at facts and evidence in carrying out their jobs belies their careers, and it reveals your own inability to comprehend impartially and objectivity in the conduct of others.
Lastly, casting aspersions on the investigators' credentials is clearly not deterring their efforts nor will it undermine the facts that are becoming clearer, to people who respect facts, with each passing day.
