The future monthly revenues that will be rolling in will make the SC (partners) payments without struggle. With all kinds of tax exposure and implications involved (for the original partners) from such a lump sum payment, I’m sure they have received solid, CPA / Tax Attorney guidance going forward. Especially since they will continue to be a working, daily & future part of the company growth and expansion.
SC was doing just dandy before we came along. Our marriage will greatly benefit all. This really isn’t all that much money compared to what future revenues will generate, and I’m sure the SC brothers see the Big Picture.
