Brewster & Steinberg are a bunch of dummies. White has now stepped in and will correct their mistakes such as saying stupid things like the submarine loaded with nukes then go silent again. It seems White is going to communicate with the shareholders a lot more not like Brewster who said nothing. Yes lack of funds had everything to do with it and if you read any of my posts from last month White should have plenty of money to invest here.
