My guess on the name change deny. Investors put their money in the pool for Utopya phones under ticker ANDI. Mike never changed the ticker while he was CEO. Utopya just can’t walk away and is a loose end to ticker ANDI. This loose end needs cleaned up or needs to make good on years past promises.
