Merger with SC completed in Jan.
So money will be used for corporate purposes and/or another acquisition which Rory has alluded to in the past.
SC must be taking all stock or options or preferred stock with a dividend etc. SC for their own best interest does not want to hamstring FUSZ with debt, excessive dilution in this period of rapid growth.
