I'm just saying that an all-cash buyout might be one situation where shareholders here would be limited to a certain PPS/share, -a scenario where the lofty predictions of SFOR's PPS going skyward (up and up forever) might not apply.
If we got shares in the new company during a buyout, that would be an entirely different situation, -with more future potential.
Not trying to be negative about SFOR's future prospects, -just realistic about the possibilities.
