I wouldnt expect a substantive PR tomorrow-its personal for Bob and his wife Sharon and he's been charged so he will probably consult w a lawyer before saying much-and it may take Bob etc a while to figure what is going on-I've seen a lot of bizarre things-including a lot of totally off the wall false accusations in the legal system,and the whole congress has publicly agreed on that on occasions.

They may say that the company is fine and operations will continue as usual-which should generally be true. There is no injunction against the companies operations and no indication there will be-the law, as perverted as it is, generally does not punish innocent parties in that manner-which would be an interference w interstate commerce by SEC /DOJ-- so any pps drop will be penny traders usual neurosis at work.

CWRN is financially stable and self supporting now -the cement waste product trucked to CEMEX's Ensenada plant is already paying much if not all of the overhead as per an email to Rocket some time ago.
Sharon is President of the operating sub -a smart person w a reputed international business degree from Madrid university etc and they have many professional people, including mining engineers and geologists.

I dont know what the Chinese presently think-the Chinese had meetings w Nixon after his departure from office on the premise that he might return to power because they had a tradition of people coming back to power-thats what I read many years ago anyway-I think Bao has invested a lot of time and money in CWRN already and is not likely to change course now.

I've never been in this situation re a stock so I have no idea what to expect re the pps- w my luck if I tried to sell this it would be the bottom-I have no idea where the bottom will be-whoever buys at the bottom may end up profiting handsomely-I have no experience w legal re stocks/SEC so I have no idea how long this will last-I'm tired and worked thru the night last night as I often do and had not planned on babysitting or even posting today-so I may sign off for quite a while. Since so many have privately asked me questions I've posted what I know and am a straight shooter as u know. The good thing is it will be Tuesday- all things being equal Tuesdays to Thursdays are good stock days.
