This kind of commentary on MMEX is beyond hilariou

MMEX is a super-dilutive OTC shell corporation. MMEX has no assets, and significant liabilities. MMEX has no business operations, no employees, and no luminary management or technical team. MMEX owns no intellectual property, or proprietary technology. MMEX has no suppliers, and no customers. MMEX’s cumulative losses and current liabilities are nearly $40-million. All of that is documented fact - it is contained in MMEX’s SEC filings.
MMEX has failed to meet every milestone identified in its S1-A, which required three attempts to reach SEC acceptance.
MMEX has down-listed from OTCQB, back to Pink, because MMEX was unable to maintain a PPS of 0.01 or greater, primarily due to significant dilution, the result of toxic lending.
MMEX has failed five times to meet commitments to close project financing, and there is no legitimate evidence that it will ever do so.
MMEX is now on its fourth EPC contractor. MMEX failed to permit a complete, correct TCEQ Type O AQP application, “forgetting” critical process components including a desalter, and failing to forecast rising costs in the Permian, resulting in a $20-million overrun in its Phase I cost estimate.
Most recently, MMEX executed a botched reverse split, depressing the share price, stagnating volume, before it finally executed the corporate event, and its share price has fallen by roughly 35% since that event.
None of that is “bashing” - it is all 100% factual, and documented.
The problem is not iHub, or anything external to MMEX, and its “management,” Mad J. and the Lemon. MMEX is a share-selling scheme, and the market knows this. Only a small handful of degenerate gamblers, share flippers, and unsophisticated retail “investors” who got suckered into a get-rich-quick scheme are ignorant of the facts. Bashers are imaginary, the boogey-men of the MMEX advocate who refuses to confront, and acknowledge the facts:
- Insolvent OTC shell companies, with the enumerated problems cannot be financed

I agree. But no one in their right mind places any credence in what these bashers say. If they do, they get what they deserve. I noticed one of the other stocks that I follow take a big jump couple of weeks back UNVEC. As soon as it went up, after months of being down, who shows up on the message board ... islow trying and bash it back down. Bash is what they do for a living. Short and distort. Now jmminijmni just seems to like bashing MMEX for what ever reason.
But iHub should definitely be investigated. Its blatant. Cross reference the bashers with moderators on MMEX. Clear.
