You parroting RW crap. There is not such thing as a 'process crime'.
Perjury is a crime for the simple reason that it impedes the progress of criminal investigation. It's serious and people to go to jail for it.
And well over half of the indictments are for hacking, financial crimes, obstruction of justice and conspiracy against the U.S.
