Do you, or anyone else, have a sense for when the panel of judges will take up the written arguments? I believe when the schedule for January oral arguments came out all cases read argued, with some saying on the briefs, so I am thinking we will see a decision before the February schedule is made available.Just guessing, maybe someone familiar with the courts could chime in.
