Will SFOR have Revs to reduce 1 bil shares?
1 bil shares at .05 = $50mil at .10 100 mil
100 mil a year = 8,333 mil a month
What our DD has revealed
SFOR stands to get significant mind blowing money after patent reversal $400 mil to $800 cash damages from all infringers after splitting 50/50 with attorneys then they will be getting 100-150 of millions in revenues from Thayles, Cisco, Singtel And Core/Secure Auth settlements. Then new round of lawsuits notices to new round of infringers and new round of Settlements. 100's more millions in both damages and recurring revenues. It will continues to surge higher and higher. This is what the DD portend for SFORs financial future.
Additionally soon SFOR will also be receiving 100's of millions in monthly revs from new SFOR and BSAFE customers.
100 mil is a lot of money , let me break it down the revenue needed for 100 million. To make a $100 million you need $8,333 a month , we will blow by that figure many, many times over in the course of 2019. If you believe the DD that has been presented here that is.
SFOR doesn't have significant debt. Its a software company they have about 20 employees. After well deserved raises for the big 3 ,after setting aside hundreds of millions for growth , maybe commercials, after being debt free.
They can soon easily reduce the Outstanding 2.3 shares in big chunks over a short or prolonged period of time if they want, If you really understand and believe the DD here, then the aforementioned is an just an expectation.
For those who are not closet bashers, $50 mil will be chump change! 100 mil money well spent won't make a dent in their financial position. No need of investment capital companies for SFOR. They will be a cash cow. There is no need for the other 2.3 bil Authorized share they have in reserve. They could dismiss those as well. No reverse splits in the future as well. Maybe forward splits.
