5 Controversial Things Obama Did That No One Cared About Until Trump Did The Same…

The mainstream media and the left LOVE to complain and demonize President Trump for every little thing he does, but when Obama did similar controversial things no one cared.

The magnifying glasses are out, ready to find any speck of controversy to call President Trump out on simply because they don’t like or trust him.

Obama, on the other hand, is the mainstream media darling, the left loves this man, so he could do no wrong. He even bragged about having a presidency with “no scandals.”

That statement isn’t actually true, but I’m sure the media ran with it. Obama has had quite a few scandals from Benghazi to “Fast and Furious,” where they sold guns to Mexico and don’t forget the tons of cash he sent to Iran or the IRS’s discrimination against Tea Party groups.

Here are five things Obama did that no one cared about until Trump did something similar:

1. Press relations

The media is going crazy over Donald Trump’s clashes with media, mainly CNN, fake news! They have even gone as far as saying that he’s trying to suppress the freedom of the press.

Obama is loved by CNN so of course there was no issue there, but he did have his own clashes with Fox News. His administration even threatened to ban the whole organization from interviews. He even went as far as having the FBI investigate two Fox News reporters.

2. Russian relations

The Russian collusion story has gotten so old, we’re all sick of hearing about it. From non-news stories about real estate development propositions with Russia to porn star allegations that somehow have to do with the probe, it’s been a real circus.

But, did you know Obama’s relationship with Russia had its own questionable moments? Probably not because it wasn’t plastered all over the new like President Trump.

During a hot mic moment, Obama promised a Russian diplomat that he would “have more flexibility” for them after he won re-election.

3. Tear gas at the border

The Trump administration has been demonized over the tear gas used against the Honduran caravan because of the immigrant’s choice to push women and children to the front in order to get over the border.

What the left fails to mention is that Obama used tear gas against immigrants many times during his presidency and no one cared.

4. Family separation at the border

Trump was likened to Hitler when people found out about the family separation at the border. Trump was smeared all over the media with pictures of children sleeping in cages.

The report from AZ Central spread all over the internet, the problem is that the picture was from 2014… when Obama was president.

Drudge Report “OBAMA KEPT THEM IN CAGES, WRAPPED THEM IN FOIL” We do a much better job while at the same time maintaining a MUCH stronger Border! Mainstream Fake Media hates this story.

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 23, 2018

.@60Minutes did a phony story about child separation when they know we had the exact same policy as the Obama Administration. In fact a picture of children in jails was used by other Fake Media to show how bad (cruel) we are, but it was in 2014 during O years. Obama separated….

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) November 26, 2018

….children from parents, as did Bush etc., because that is the policy and law. I tried to keep them together but the problem is, when you do that, vast numbers of additional people storm the Border. So with Obama separation is fine, but with Trump it’s not. Fake 60 Minutes!

5. Deportation

When Trump promised to continue deporting illegal immigrants, many people turned to hysterics. Several outlets ran anecdotal stories about the horrors of deportation.

However, Trump has deported nowhere near as many people as Obama deported. In fact, Trump has deported half as many illegal immigrants as Obama did in his peak years.
