I don’t think you understand... if a PR firm fielded all these calls and eliminated the endless hours detracted from Mr. Berman’s days, there wouldn’t be anyone else to blame for delays and lack of sales. There needs to be scapegoats or at some point people will wake up and start sussing out the real sources of the issues here.
