Not sure that is what he said - he said there would be no mandatory adjustment of price like there would be if this were a forward split. IIRC, he said the market would determine the price. I do know that Fidelity is still considering the shares valued at $18.99
It should be interesting to see the bid and ask at 9:29 Monday - might be a VERY wide spread! But it will settle quickly, so we'll know prior to the CC what the market is expecting from GNBT. I'm hoping for a major 8k early to help bolster the bid, but I suspect that is unlikely.
