Agree K1 will "pay us BIGLY". Their senior management has to realize legal victory is now a forelorn hope. They have played those cards as long as possible. I believe they are wise enough to cut their loses. Probable jury-awarded treble damages would be unacceptable to them. Settlement is their only logical choice.
