Precedent screams for immediate reversal !
Based on recent legal developments, we have recent Precedent for our case ,We have PTAB vistories and now another recent case similar to ours, is won on the basis of a PTAB victory. We have the recent Supreme court direction on PTABs should decide cases.
Injustice is all over our dismissal and it must be reversed soon to undo the financial damage the legal misapplication of handling 101s that Kronstat is guilty of.
Our legal position has been strengthened from every legal angle possible with recent court decisions in mirror cases to our own.
All of can feel very confident , considering we have the best PI lawyer firm with the most resources, who have never lost a PI case , on contingency , handling this case. Now we come back to the settlement table armed with a precedent , so no stalling , no games moving forward from infringers during settlement. It's time for infringers to show submission, to pay up, to bow to R&G and BR and kiss SFORs booty!
The rest of the infringers will then be put on notice and we are in for a great show and an amazing ride we are talking collectively about billions over the next year or so, yes billions!
