Re: HOT #53361
Thank you so much for the civil response. I will try to be more civil, also. I'm almost sure I've posted this before.

I have been registered Republican for the last 40 years and mostly voted that way. I voted for Bill Clinton. I also voted for Romney & McCain and didn't like Obama. I thought he was a good talker. It turns out he was a good president. His good far outweighed his bad.

I could not vote for Trump because I thought he wasn't good for America. I do understand people voting for him because he was "new" & a successful businessman & not a politician. I can't understand people still supporting him when everything he touches turns mostly worse than before he touched it. He is just too inexperienced and did not surround himself with a strong team.

Please don't offer the economy. He inherited a good economy and supercharged it with short term actions like tax breaks to the wealthy & big corporations & relaxing EPA standards that save this same group tons of money at the expense of future generations safety. He has set tariffs that bring in more revenue short term but will have a negative impact on some companies - GM - and, will ultimately cost people their jobs at a time when they will be paying more for products with tariffs on them. Nobody wins in a trade/tariff war - especially the little guy.

So, we differ on Politics. BFD. It's still no reason to question my sexuality. My "partner" is to die for. Soooo cuuuute
