The ONLY way DE would accept a lower payment on this is if SB agreed to pay it in full. 100% fact. Full payment is the best terms for a lower amount due.
Payment made in Dec, then we will see:
Completion of share reduction announcement
Completion of CO redomicile
Completion of name change.
We could be looking at all of the above happening in January.
Audit for 2019 fins should be completed for next year's EOY fins.
