Yes, I am pretty confident in my statement. 3 initial scenarios, A win for SFOR, a win for SA or send the case back to trial. That being said, if the court does rule in SFOR's favor (I should just say WHEN THEY DO) don't be surprised is SA appeals the appeal's court decision.

The court of appeals decision usually will be the final word in the case , unless it sends the case back to the trial court for additional proceedings, or the parties ask the U.S. Supreme Court to review the case.
