The facts about MMEX are abundant, and clear, in that the SEC filings, TCEQ application filing, and related documents show a rudimentary topping unit, which physics and chemistry dictate the operation, and output, limiting MMEX to intermediate stream output (were it to be built).
Please cite facts about the use of straight-run diesel in any direct market application. Please cite facts about the use of straight-run naphtha in any direct market application. Please cite facts about an isolated, small-scale crude topping unit that has ever generated revenue.
