Yup, and it is the most important thing they needed to convey clearly and concisely.
It is like these idiots all of a sudden don't speak the english language when it comes to pinning themselves down to a firm date and/or product.....leaving themselves wiggle room.
I mean if ever statement required clarification it would be that one, yet no follow on communication....even a tweet would suffice.
They better hit their most recent public timelines otherwise it is no bid we go.
FWIW the week of Dec. 3rd to me means by close of business on the 7th.
