If any investors ever wanted to voice a concern, comment, or opinion regarding short selling, naked shorting, or intentional and deceitful manipulation. Here is a chance to voice a need for regulation to adhere, support, and install or modify current rules that should be intended to protect the independent pricing mechanism of the securities market so that IPO offering prices result from “the natural forces of supply and demand” and are not impacted by market manipulation.
