If the infringers didn't want to settle before, they better start scrambling if they want the best deal they can get. I would think that the first one or two to approach sfor could get a deal, but the better it looks for sfor, the more they would have to pay us, IMO. Also, why settle them at all if it looks like we win the suits? Maybe one or two,like I said, then I would expect sfor to draw a hard line.
