Because SFORS case was never in doubt, 101 was misapplied by a careless judge, he is not the only careless judge evidently.
Now with all the evidence SFOR already has, PTAB, Supreme court decision, etc , it was just handed its biggest Rock of Gibraltar of evidence , a appeal court's ruling , a Precedent (see below) all similar case thereafter must use this ruling. This means SFOR has won its case. This means when the court meets to decide , their decision is already has been made for them. SFOR wins!
We already know when SFOR wins this case SFORs the PPS is going to go to go to multi-dollars, all the OTC knows about SFOR and its Settlements, they say SFOR is a settlement play, well the Precedent in reality is a billion dollar decision for SFOR its Lawyers, its shareholders.
So do you want to wait to BUY , to load up on .02, .03 , .05 cheap shares or accumulate shares when the stock is shortly racing to dollars?
To you that were wise enough to load up and listen to the DD here, congratulations! Your time has come. Just a matter of a little time.
Best wishes and Blessings!

Definition of Precedent Law

Doctrine of Precedent Law and Legal Definition
The doctrine of precedent, a fundamental principle of English Law is a form of reasoning and decision making formed by case law. It says that precedents not only have persuasive authority but also must be followed when similar circumstances arise. Any principle announced by a higher court must be followed in later cases. In short the courts are bound within prescribed limits by prior decisions of superior courts. Judges are also obliged to obey the set-up precedents established by prior decisions. This legal principle is called Stare decisis.
Adherence to precedent helps achieve two objects of the legal order. Firstly it helps to maintain a system of stable laws. This stability gives predictability to the law and affords a degree of security for individual rights. Secondly it ensures that the law develops only in accordance with the changing perceptions of the community and therefore it more accurately reflects the morals and expectations of the community.
This doctrine which developed in the 19th century prevails even today.
