Per fins some monies go to Cogosense acquisition and to CEO per agreements (salary, loans etc..) and related parties..Are we half way through paying back Cogosense and will LAM need little more shares if price drops?
Regardless of share price due parties get paid with shares or more shares if SP decline. Looking forward to PR (probably released with fins), hoping sooner. IF Delaware is the hold up I don't see upward movement nor audit without being in good standing with the State of Delaware.
