Thanks for response. The best way get ride of these A**Holes is to deliver the goods. Say what u do and do what u say. If he delivers bunch of stuff from last year these people will melt like an ice. They have no issues to stand on.

Right now there are more important issues he needs to tackle and require a lot of time. Once he resolved these issues and bring more people in to help him then I can see go after these bustards.
