Maybe I misread the letter. Where he said he's bringing the company to "current pink status" I took that to mean it wasn't in pink status. But, it could mean it's in pink status now, just not current. At this point though, all that matters is this coming Monday and whether or not it becomes current, regardless of it's current status.
